Who we are
Loss Adjuster Leak Detection is published by ADI Leak Detection, the trading name of ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, registered in England with company number 15870765. ADI has been detecting leaks since 2011, when it was founded in High Wycombe. It now has 25 leak investigation engineers working across England, Scotland and Wales, and completes around 5,000 jobs a year.
We see the same questions on almost every water damage job: what does the loss adjuster actually do, who pays for finding the leak, what should I have done on day one. These pages answer them in plain English.
What we are not
We are not loss adjusters, loss assessors, an insurer or a broker. We do not handle claims and cannot tell you whether your claim will be paid. For that, read your policy wording and speak to your insurer. Nothing on this site is financial or legal advice.
Where our facts come from
Industry figures are taken from the Association of British Insurers and other named sources, linked on the page where they appear. Case studies are jobs ADI has published on its own website, each linked to the original.
